2.4 Single Account. Each player may maintain only one (1) active account on the jl53 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances pending investigation.
3.1 Registration Process. To use the jl53 Platform, you must create an Account by providing a valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and choosing a secure password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update such information promptly if it changes.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication. You agree to immediately notify jl53 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jl53 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You must not register using false information, use another person's identity, or attempt to circumvent the registration process. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and may be reported to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine authorities.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your jl53 Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any associated balance to any third party. Any such transfer will render the Account and all associated funds liable to forfeiture.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl53 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available payment methods may vary from time to time and are subject to change at jl53's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. Deposits below the minimum threshold may not be credited to your Account.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash and Maya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfer and e-wallet deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes to credit depending on network conditions. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
4.4 Player Funds. All player deposits are held in segregated accounts separate from jl53's operational funds, in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements. Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on the jl53 Platform or withdrawal in accordance with these Terms.
4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized holder of the payment account used. jl53 reserves the right to request proof of the source of funds under anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified players only. You must complete identity verification before any withdrawal will be processed. Accounts that have not completed KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw funds until verification is complete.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees. jl53 does not charge withdrawal fees on GCash and Maya transfers. Third-party processing fees imposed by payment providers are passed on to the player where applicable and will be disclosed at the time of withdrawal.

6.6 Bonus Abuse. jl53 reserves the right to withhold, void, or recover bonus funds and associated winnings if jl53 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, advantage play specifically targeting promotional offers, or coordinated exploitation of jl53's bonus systems.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game on the jl53 Platform has its own rules accessible within the game interface. Players are encouraged to read the rules for any game before wagering real money. jl53's general Terms apply in addition to individual game rules.
7.2 RNG Certification. All random-number-generated (RNG) games on the jl53 Platform use certified RNG technology tested and verified by independent third-party auditors. Live dealer games use physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) in licensed studios with independent compliance oversight.
7.3 Malfunction. 9.5 Refusal of Verification. If you are unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification, jl53 reserves the right to restrict your Account to deposits and gameplay only, withhold withdrawal processing, or close your Account and return deposited funds to your original payment method.
10.1 Responsible Gaming Commitment. jl53 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates in full compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. The Platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, and jl53 takes the protection of vulnerable players seriously.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Any player may request a self-exclusion that restricts access to their jl53 Account for a defined period. Self-exclusion periods are available for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission and are irreversible for the selected period.

11.1 jl53's Rights. jl53 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Fund Handling on Closure. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, jl53 will return the Real Money Balance to the player's last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any required KYC and AML checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited on Account closure regardless of the reason.
11.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as inactive. jl53 will make reasonable efforts to contact the player before applying an inactivity fee of Philippine Peso Two Hundred (₱200) per month to cover administration costs. Players may reactivate an inactive Account at any time by logging in; upon reactivation, inactivity fees cease.
12.1 Disclaimer. The jl53 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jl53 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 Service Interruptions. jl53 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jl53 will not be liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability due to maintenance, network failures, or circumstances outside jl53's reasonable control.
12.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, jl53's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Gambling Losses. jl53 accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred by players using the Platform. All gambling involves inherent risk of financial loss. Players acknowledge that casino games have a mathematical house edge and that there is no guarantee of winning.
13.1 Ownership. All content on the jl53 Platform, including but not limited to the jl53 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces (excluding third-party game content owned by respective game providers), is the intellectual property of jl53 and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.
13.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
13.3 Third-Party Game Content. Game titles available on jl53 (including JILI Games, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and other provider titles) are the intellectual property of their respective developers and are licensed to jl53 for use on the Platform. Players may not copy, extract, or reproduce any game content.
14.1 Data Privacy Act. jl53 processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal information is collected, processed, and stored only for purposes necessary to operate the Platform, comply with legal obligations, and deliver services to you.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 Regulatory Authority. jl53 operates under a PAGCOR license. PAGCOR has jurisdiction over disputes between jl53 and its players to the extent provided under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. Players who have exhausted jl53's internal dispute resolution process may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels.
15.3 Internal Dispute Resolution. Before escalating any dispute to PAGCOR or any other authority, players must first submit a formal complaint to jl53 customer support and allow jl53 a period of fifteen (15) business days to investigate and respond. jl53 will conduct all investigations in good faith and provide a written response.
15.4 Jurisdiction. Subject to 15.2 above, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's regulatory process.
16.1 Right to Amend. jl53 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the jl53 Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. jl53 will endeavor to provide players with reasonable advance notice of material changes via email or in-platform notification, where practicable.
16.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the jl53 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish, request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
16.3 Version History. Previous versions of these Terms may be requested from jl53 customer support for reference purposes. The currently published version on jl53.club is the version in effect for all active accounts.
